Above you will find an article on how my favorite Track & Field Star, (besides my little sister..lol!) stays motivated. I know for me it is very hard to stay motivated to run and get in shape, despite the fact that it is beneficial to me in more ways than one. As of 7/1, I started running again to:
1. Lose 20lbs.
2. Get in Shape for Field Hockey Season in the Fall
3. My overall health (Breast Cancer runs in the family)
4. And….my desire to be able to wear a bikini proudly…lol! It’s true though!
So, I am hoping to use some of this tips to keep me motivated and to help me reach my goal of losing 20lbs.
